Benefactor Found

Well now, this is a weird one. As some, or perhaps none, of you may have noticed, the Tavern's benefactor has indeed been missing these past 10 months. What began as a simple journey down south too pay off a few debts turned into a prolonged absence. All letters went unanswered and no sightings had been seen. Until last week that is.

One normal Tuesday was punctuated by the front door being kicked open. Standing in the archway was our benefactor, painted with a face that can only be described as having 'seen some stuff.'

He won't say where he's been or whats happened to him. He only carries a saddle back hen which he assures me is now a partial owner of the Tavern.

My mother taught me to leave well enough alone and so I won't be prying too far. The benefactor seems strangely energized. I may not know where he's been, but I predict an uptick in activity around the Tavern...
